How can I retrieve my license information?
If you lose or forget your licensing information, our website has a licensing information retrieval system that allows you to retrieve your information. All you need is your order number or the original email address you used to purchase the product.
You can have your registration information resent to you from the following URL: http://www.pointstone.com/support/myaccount/lostid
If you have a new email address please use our Customer Service Center at http://www.pointstone.com/support/myaccount to update it and then request a new registration key.
If your old account no longer exists contact us and inform us that your e-mail address has changed. Be sure to include your old e-mail address and the new one.
