The message "User Name and License Code do not match" shows up, when trying to activate my copy. What can I do?
Did you fill out your registration form correctly? It is best that you copy and paste the registration key, instead of typing it yourself, to prevent typos. If you don't know how to do this, just follow these simple steps:
Go to confirmation e-mail that we sent you after you bought our program. Select the registration key by highlighting it with your mouse, and press Ctrl+c. This way, the registration key will be saved on your clipboard memory.
Open up the registration form again and click in the field of 'License Code', and press ctrl+v. Now the registration key will be pasted from your clipboard into the field.
Repeat the same process with your username, in the according field.
When you are done with this, simply click 'Register now!'
